FREE Scrapbook Planner Worksheet

If you are like most scrapbookers, you are WAY far behind. I am an avid scrapbooker and only have about 200 pages or so to catch-up on! One of hardest stumbling blocks scrapbookers have is keeping it all organized. Knowing what you’ve done, what you need to do and what kind of memories you still need to add.

FREE Scrapbook Planner Worksheet

To help wrangle the mess, I created a scrapbook planner worksheet a year or so ago. It has been extremely helpful at keeping me organized. Using it is pretty simple.  Here’s how:

  1. Print a separate page for each topic. I do years as well as individual children

  2. Use pencil only – that way you can erase and change as needed

  3. Write the activity, event, or memory you want to scrapbook about

  4. Post the date(s) of the event

  5. Put an “x” or checkmark on whether you have printed the photos for the event

  6. Go through your digital images or physical photos of the event and write down how many pictures they are as well as their orientation and sizes (for example 2 v 3 h 1 5×7 means I have two vertical 4×6’s, three horizontal 4×6’s and one 5×7)

  7. Estimate the number of pages you will need for they layout – use your number of photos as a guide

  8. Put an “x” or checkmark if you have started the layout

  9. Put an “x” or checkmark if you have finished the layout

Here is my fabulous scrapbook planner worksheet – editable, printable and just for YOU!  Happy scrapbooking!
