The freezer meal workshop for April 2017 focuses heavily on two staples: chicken and potatoes. I did not plan it that way but at least 3-4 of the dishes feature chicken and/or potatoes. So I hope you enjoy them! If not, feel free to switch the chicken out with turkey or pork and the potatoes with sweet potatoes or another hearty vegetable.
For April, you will be making 9 recipes for a total of 18 meals. Two of them feature tortillas so you may want to up the amount if it doesn’t seem like enough to feed your family. Keep in mind all my worksheets are 100% editable so take out anything you or your family doesn’t like! They are based on a family of four so you may want to increase or decrease the amounts as needed for your individual family size.

The Decluttering Queen’s Freezer Meal Tip for April
One of the easiest substitutes to do is switching sour cream out for plain Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt is high in protein and probiotics making it a healthy alternative to sour cream. The substitution is equal so if a recipe (such as this month’s White Chicken Enchiladas) calls for 1 cup of sour cream, you can use one cup of plain Greek yogurt instead. Just make sure you buy “plain” and not vanilla!
