The Decluttering Queen’s Freezer Meal Workshop Series – January 2017

How does this mom of three stay sane?  With a good old-fashioned freezer meal prep day!  Making freezer meals has truly been a life saver for me.  They make dinnertime so much easier and less stressful.  They save me time by not having to run to the grocery store every couple days.  And my bank account is a little more robust those months that I utilize meal prepping.

For January, you will enjoy 26 delicious and heart-warming freezer meals.  Many are made in the crockpot and some are just too easy to put together. Don’t like them all?  Our worksheets are 100% editable so please take out anything you or your family doesn’t like!  They are based on a family four so you may want to increase or decrease the amounts as needed for your individual family size.

Here are the worksheets:

January 2017 meals:

  1. Sour Cream Noodle Bake

  2. Meatball Bubble Bake

  3. French Toast Casserole

  4. Darn Good Chili

  5. Crockpot Pot Roast & Veggies

  6. Tatertot Casserole

  7. Crockpot Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Pasta

  8. Chicken Enchilada Casserole

The Decluttering Queen’s Freezer Meal Tip for January

Never believe that you can’t do freezer meals simply because you don’t have an extra freezer.  I fit all my freezer meals inside my fridge’s side freezer.  Yes, it may feel like you are playing Tetris but it is totally doable.  Freeze soups and other bagged items on a baking sheet for a couple hours and they will freeze flat.  Remove the baking sheet and you have an easier-to-store meal.

My Freezer filled with over 21 meals!
