July’s workshop is probably one of the funnest I have done since one of the recipes has a swear word in it! Don’t let the title fool you though. This recipe is beyond delicious and super affordable to make. I also am excited to share the Brat Egg Bake. Living in the great state of Wisconsin, we love our brats. But far too often, we have a couple still left at the end of the meal. This egg bake gives you a great excuse to enjoy our beloved bratwurst at any time of the day and to use up those few stragglers that were left behind.
July’s menu is an eclectic mix of down-home cooking and breakfast deliciousness. You can lighten them up by swapping out proteins or adding more vegetables to any of dishes. Keep in mind all my worksheets are 100% editable so take out anything you or your family doesn’t like! They are based on a family of four so you may want to increase or decrease the amounts as needed for your individual family size.

The Decluttering Queen’s Freezer Meal Tip for July
My Sh*t on a Shingle recipe is the BOMB! What I love most about it is that this dinner favorite’s leftovers can easily be turned into tomorrow’s breakfast. Just add an egg to the mix and you have an amazing (and fancy schmanzy) brunch entree. Try to find creative ways to use your extras for tomorrow’s breakfast. Potatoes into a frittata. Veggies into an omelet. Or, better yet, FREEZE those leftovers. I have had great success freezing excess meat (think taco meat, BBQ, sloppy joes) as well as soups. Using up leftovers not only saves you money but also time!
